Our sherry vinegar is made from the palomino grapes and aged using the Solera method, in barrels as old as 50 years. Raw and unpasteurized.

INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar. No sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added. It contains naturally occurring sulfites.
REFILL PACKAGING: 3-liter bag-in-box has a BPA-free plastic bag that protects the product from oxidation and light. It will refill at least 12 8oz bottles.

I started using sherry vinegar a few years ago after my love affair with Balsamic grew old. Balsamic, is great, but I wanted a brighter, more nuanced flavor in my salads. I bought this version in bulk after a lot of research and am very happy. Having just returned from the Jerez region of Spain, where I tasted all manner of good sherries and sherry vinegars, Saffi holds up well!
I love the Saffi Sherry vinegar and so do my friends who I gift part of my bulk buy with. I use it on almost everything in place of other vinegar as it has a better flavor. The value is fantastic as small bottles of sherry vinegar in the supermarket often cost about $1 an oz...

It’s almost too good to believe. An outstanding sherry vinegar that is inexpensive and comes in an airtight container for multiple use. I am hooked. Trying some of their other products now.
brings life to my dressings , little tart but great complement to any salad , try in chicken and tuna salads, yumm !!!
