Quick Pickled Onions

QUICK PICKLED ONIONS
¾ cup Saffi Saana Apple Cider Vinegar
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl together with and mix with your hands
2. Leave for 30 minutes
