Saffi Saana Organic Grade A Dark and Robust Maple Syrup comes from our closest partner farm in Wisconsin’s renowned Northwoods region. Our Maple was carefully developed to combine the vibrant color associated with Amber syrup, with the intensity and complexity reserved for Dark-designations. The resulting single-origin expression includes unexpected flavor notes of caramel, apple, cherry, cinnamon, and warm vanilla.

Saffi Maple Syrup truly stands out in traditional uses, as well as impressing in braises and homemade condiments like maple garlic chili crisp, Asian barbecue and maple-tahini sauce.
