I love this oil for cooking, drizzling....and mixing for salad dressing. It has a delightful earthy and smoky flavor. If you're a Foodie like me, you won't be disappointed.

It has a strong flavor that takes a minute to get used to, but for the right uses, I really like it. I use it for searing meats on high heat or using in hearty dishes.
