Worst oil I have ever tasted. It taste like sawdust from an oak plank.
It has a strong flavor that takes a minute to get used to, but for the right uses, I really like it. I use it for searing meats on high heat or using in hearty dishes.
Most avocado oils have no flavor or even color. This one is bold!
