SAFFI PESTO
1/3 cup Saffi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Saffi Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup walnuts or pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup parmesan cheese (2 tablespoon nutritional yeast for vegan option)
salt to taste
