Our first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is made by pressing the skin, the flesh, and the seed of the avocado together. The oil is unrefined and unfiltered offering the optimal nutritional content. Over 50% of the nutrients of the avocado are in the seed which is why you'll get to enjoy an earthy, smoky flavor as a result of this process.
BOLD FLAVOR: Intense earthy notes of hearty herb, smoked oak, and mushroom. Most grocery store brands are refined which makes them lighter in color and flavor.
