Our bulk white balsamic vinegar is made from Moscatel grapes aged in oak for 3 months. It is smooth and sweet enough to drink on its own, but also delicious drizzled over strawberries and basil. Raw and unpasteurized.

ACIDITY: 4%

SUGGESTED USES & PAIRINGS: pair with spinach, leafy greens, seafood

INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, grape must. No sugar, caramel coloring or preservatives added. Contains naturally occurring sulfites.

REFILL PACKAGING: 3-liter bag-in-box has a BPA-free plastic bag that protects the product from oxidation and light. It will refill at least 12 8oz bottles.
