Our first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is made by pressing the skin, the flesh, and the seed of the avocado together. The oil is unrefined and unfiltered offering the optimal nutritional content. Over 50% of the nutrients of the avocado are in the seed which is why you'll get to enjoy an earthy, smoky flavor as a result of this process.
PACKAGING: sustainably packaged in a 750ml recycled glass wine bottle that we collect from local restaurants and wine shops. Glass wine bottles are fully recyclable and come with a reusable cork.

SUGGESTED USES & PAIRINGS: pesto, grilling, marinades, and dressings. pairs well with kale and dark meat.
