Our Dark Balsamic Vinegar is made with the Pedro Ximenez grape from the Jerez region of Spain. Imagine port wine turned into balsamic vinegar. Raw and unpasteurized. No sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added. Contains naturally occurring sulfites.
PACKAGING: sustainably packaged in 750ml upcycled glass wine bottles that we collect from local restaurants and wine shops. Glass wine bottles are fully recyclable and come with a built in, pour-friendly cork insert.
NOTES: black currants, dark berries, jam and fig

SUGGESTED USES & PAIRINGS: meat and charred vegetable glazes, cheese plates, greens, finishing soups, and baking with dark chocolate.
