Our zero waste sherry vinegar is made from the palomino grapes and aged using the Solera method in barrels as old as 50 years. Raw, unpasteurized.

PACKAGING: sustainably packaged in a 750ml recycled glass wine bottle with a reusable cork. Glass wine bottles are fully recyclable.
